Returns Policy

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been opened, used, or damaged. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need any further information before making your purchase. We are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

However, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will gladly accept your return and cover the delivery charge. You must notify us within two days of receiving the item and provide proof of the error or defect. We will then issue a full refund or exchange the item for you, depending on your preference.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within Bahrain for all orders. If the item is in stock, we will deliver it to you within two days.

We also ship to other GCC countries, but the shipping cost and delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the courier service. You can check the shipping cost and estimated delivery time at the checkout page before placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We accept Cash on Delivery as a payment option only in Bahrain. This means you only pay upon delivery of the item. For other GCC countries, we accept online payments through credit/debit cards or PayPal.
